2011 Women's Arts Festival Hello, my name is Gwendolyn Davis. Thank you for participating in the 2011 Women's Arts Festival. Our highest regards to actress, Irma P. Hall who initiated this idea. November 18, 2011 is the deadline for receiving your registrations and fees for the "art competition." It is also the deadline to register for the art exhibit. There is no fee to participate in the art show but we will need your JPEG files and registrations by November 18. The deadline for receiving vendor registrations and fees is December 5, 2011. We will publish a 2011 Women of The Arts Catalog. Please designate the JPEG we should use for this project. Submit your JPEG file and a brief biography by November 18, 2011.

Click here to register for the 2011 Women's Pre Festival Art Competition. Judging for this competition will be done online. Please provide a quality JPEG for each entry. Entry fees are: 1-2 pieces, $25.00; 3 pieces, $35.00. All payments are tax deductible. The deadline for us to receive your registration form, JPEG files and entry fee(s) is extended to November 29, 2011. We request your permission to use one of your JPEG files for our 2011 Women of the Arts Catalog. |
2011 Women's Art Exhibit |
Click here to register for the 2011 Women's Art Exhibit at Dallas City Hall, December 1-31, 2011. There is no fee to participate in this exhibit. Please designate the JPEG representing your art for our catalog. Artwork must be delivered on November 29, 2011, Dallas City Hall Lobby, 1st Floor between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. |
2011 Festival and Reception Vendor Tables |
Click here to register as a vendor for the 2011 Women's Arts Festival on December 16, 2011. Three sessions are available: They are 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., and 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Each program session will be held at The Black Academy of Arts and Letters. Vendor fees are: One session $35.00, two sessions $50.00 and three sessions $65.00. All payments are tax deductible. TBAAL requires 20% of vendor sales. |
